THE process

In the initial 15-minute discovery call we will discuss your project goals, preferences, budget, and what packages will work best with your goals.

After the discovery call, we will send you our welcome packet. Inside, you will find a detailed project questionnaire covering key aspects like budget, inspiration, and more.
The next step is measuring your space and creating a rough floor plan with room dimensions. A step-by-step guide to help you with this process will be included in the welcome packet. Existing site photos should also be submitted with the questionnaire and floor plan.

In this session, we'll walk through your Welcome Packet together and dive deeper into your design goals, lifestyle needs, and style preferences. It’s a chance to fine-tune the vision for your space and ensure we’re aligned before design work begins. We’ll also go over any final questions from your designer so we can kick off the creative process with clarity and confidence!

Once the questionnaire, photos, and measurements are submitted, the design development process will begin. The designer will create a curated design tailored to the package you selected.
This process typically takes around 30 days from the submission of the questionnaire and measurements.

Upon receiving the design package, the client will have 14 days to submit any requests for revisions. If your package includes an additional one-on-one meeting, we will contact you to schedule it when sending the design package.
Select design packages include one round of edits/revisions. If more revisions are needed, additional edits can be provided as an extra service for an additional fee.
